What is your refund policy?
To help ensure satisfaction with Existing Image orders, we provide an image preview so that users can view the area of interest and the specific locations of clouds if they are present. As such, we do not provide refunds on Existing Image orders. If you receive your image and its material is different from what you ordered, or is flawed in any way, please let us know by emailing us at support@skyfi.com. New Image orders can be canceled up to 24 hours before the tasking window starts, but refunds are not able to be provided within 24 hours of the tasking window. If a New Image cannot be captured during the tasking window or is captured but has higher cloudiness than ordered, we will provide a full refund or reorder.
