Does SkyFi accept Tax and VAT exemptions?

Yes, SkyFi can facilitate Tax and VAT exemptions. This is by adding your Tax or VAT ID directly in your account profile and it will be factored in at check out with your orders. Please follow the steps below.

1. Log in to your SkyFi account
2. Go to My Profile
3. Select Manage Payment  -This will open a new tab powered by Stripe, our secure payment provider.
4. Under Billing Information, choose Update Information
5. Find the Tax ID field and enter or edit your Tax or VAT ID based on your locale
6. Save your changes

Please note that exemptions only apply to new orders after the Tax ID has been updated. Past orders cannot be adjusted retroactively.
